For this reason, the Supreme Court is also known as the court of appeal.
It is possible for everyone in the case to issue an appeal decision. There is no need for any condition other than the time for this to happen. Neither the defendant nor the plaintiff need to provide a number of reasons for the appeal. If the person wishes, he also has the right to appeal the decision through the lawyer during the court. The concept that provides this right to the citizen is the state of law and the Supreme Court takes its place among the important parts of the state of law.
Due to the large number of files sent to the Supreme Court, some decisions may take years to come to a conclusion.
